Audit Committee

By the decision of the Board of Directors dated 02.05.2025; pursuant to the Corporate Governance Principles annexed to the Capital Markets Board’s Communiqué on Corporate Governance (II-17.1) and other relevant legislation; it has been resolved to appoint Mr. Mehmet Oktay Özbay as Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Mehmet Yılmaz Küçük and İsmet Ateş as members.

Early Detection of Risk Committee

Corporate Governance Committee
